Take this noon-time class to relieve midday stress and renew your energy. Developed in ancient China, the gentle rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and improve function of the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions. The movement stimulates the acupuncture organ meridians. People of any age, shape, or size can benefit from the regular practice of this movement meditation. Beginners welcome! Join instructor Sue Campney for this 45 minute practice to promote the healthy flow of Qi (energy)!
