Building Your Human Firewall

« back to classes page
Security is only as strong as the people who ensure it. It is more important than ever for organizations to fortify their “human firewall.” To   assist with this growing need, Kirkwood Corporate Training has partnered with ProCircular to offer an instructor-led training program that is designed to build a healthy, engaging culture of security awareness that will endure long after this training is  finished.
To achieve this end result, this training is focused on helping employees understand their unique and critical role in security—regardless of their title or background. End- users will learn techniques on how to quick identify and respond (or not respond) to the latest cyber-threats within the information security industry. Special emphasis is
placed on explaining the threats of manipulative social engineering, persuasive phishing attacks, and ineffective password-management practices.
Participants will also take part in a hands-on CyberEscape room and will work together to discover what information a hacker has taken from their company, his username and password, and where he’s storing these documents.
After training completion, employees will be equipped to act as an organization’s  greatest line of defense by safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive  data.
