Surefire Documentation shows you how to document all aspects of routine care for a wide range of conditions. It describes how to deal with challenging situations in relationship to your patient as well as highlighting the nurse's role in documenting difficult professional problems.
This Nursing homestudy course, Surefire Documentation: How, What and When Nurses Need to Document, has been approved for 8.25 Nursing Contact Hours by Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #30. It is a textbook-based course that may be started at any time during the year. All materials are mailed to the student within approximately 10 working days of registration and students then have 8-weeks to complete their coursework. Upon completion, students return the completed post-test and evaluation form in the provided postage-paid envelope. The test is reviewed and graded, and based upon a passing score, a certificate is issued. No refunds are issued after the materials are mailed out at the start of a Homestudy course, therefore, the listed refund date on any confirmation does not apply. IMPORTANT: It is vital that you make sure your mailing address in our system is current.
