Bring a friend and put your cooking skills to the test in this two-hour cooking competition. We will start with a brief cooking demo by the lead chef while we review food safety and sanitation best practices. The class will then be divided into four groups of four students each, and teams will have time to create both an entree and a dessert. Each dish will be judged based on appearance, flavor, texture, creativity, and concept. Students will have a large selection of pantry items to utilize in the competition, as well as four to five surprise ingredients. The winning team will bring home a prize pack worth over $200!
