Come along with local historian Mike Zahs on this fun bus tour of Washington area sites that have a colorful past. Did you know that the first legally hung person in Iowa was from Washington County? Or that a sheriff and a night watchman were gunned down in front of the courthouse? Mike will share these events from history as well as new aspects of the history of our county not covered in previous classes!
