This class will provide a boxers workout emphasizing basic skills using drills, bag work and circuit training. Instruction will include stretching, abdominal work, shadowboxing, bag work and rope jumping. You must provide your own boxing gloves, handwraps, towel and water bottle. Talk with the instructor at the first class before buying new equipment. This is a non-contact class.
