Full Moon Yoga: Gentle Yoga for Hips and Shoulders

It’s time to slowly prepare our bodies for warmer weather and longer days, especially working out the tightness in the shoulders and hips. Participants will engage in deep stretching of these commonly-tense areas of the body, and will be given plenty of modification to suit individual needs. On this full moon, join us for a 90-minute yoga class that begins with intention-setting and centering, followed by an all-levels yoga class and extended savasana. All abilities are welcome.
