In this class you will learn how to easily and quickly make your own fresh mozzarella (and creamy ricotta) that is better than anything you will taste this side of the Atlantic. You’ll make them with wonderful milk from a local, family-run farm, Dan and Debbie’s Creamery, in Ely. Enjoy your creations on the spot or take home to top fresh tomatoes or your homemade pizzas.
