Svícková na Smetane is one of the most popular Czech meals, and is mostly prepared for special occasions. The meal includes beef roast, side dumplings, creamy svícková sauce, cranberries, lemon, and whipped cream. This course will cover the preparation and cooking of all aspects of this delicious Czech meal.
