The Beginner Baker Series

This series is designed for the beginner baker by introducing the foundational techniques and concepts needed for successful baking at home. Through hands-on learning, you will make a variety of delicious doughs, breads, buns, and loaves in this exciting introductory series.  Students who complete this series are encouraged to continue their learning by enrolling in the intermediate level baking series: Artisan Bread Basics.  Classes in this series include: Basic Soda Bread, Shaping Yeasted Doughs, Mixing Yeasted Doughs, and Brioche.
