The Beginner Baker: Shaping Yeasted Doughs

In this class we will build off what we learned in Basic Soda Breads by diving into the wild world of yeast.  We will learn to shape hamburger buns and sandwich loaves to take home and bake, as well as practice shaping pizzas.
