Everyone can enjoy the benefits of this yoga class. Using hatha yoga postures in a vinyasa style, we link poses together in a free flowing series that warms and energizes the body. This will be a mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation. Try it, you will be glad you did. We provide the mats.
