KICK Camp: Adventures in Healthcare

Does your child think they might have a future in healthcare?  At this camp, students will explore careers in many areas of healthcare such as dental, medical, diagnostic and therapeutic services, emergency care, dietary and vision services.  They will go on a field trip to a local healthcare facility and experience an afternoon of hands-on activities in medical simulation in Kirkwood’s state-of-the-art Katz Family Healthcare Simulation Center.
This camp is for youth ages 9-15. Benefits for your child include: 1) Social skills development in leadership, communication, and participation; 2) Self-respect and character building through resourcefulness, responsibility and learning skills; and 3) Healthcare career exploration.
