Once you have a foundation for shaping simple boules and batards, it's time to take on another challenge. This time, practice shaping baguettes, braided loaves (challah), fougasse, and pizza dough! Or, any other type of loaf you want to learn! We will mix up a huge batch of scrap dough for everyone to play with ,and give demos and aid wherever needed. If you'd like to take your creations home with you, be sure to bring a sheet tray, woven towel, or a proofing basket in the shape you'd like your bread to be.
