Steaming your home oven can take a little bit of patience, and a whole lot of trial and error. We will cover how to successfully steam your home oven, as well as all the safety dos and don'ts for working with steam at home. You’ll have some dough to shape, let rise, and bake in class, using common items you already have. This is a great follow-up class to the dough-shaping class, as most of those shapes won't fit in a regular-sized dutch oven, which is how we normally steam our bread.
