What is the difference between hard red and white? What makes it a winter wheat or a summer wheat? What makes rye different? Spelt? Emmer? Einkorn? Together, we’ll cover different kinds of grains, their flavor profiles, and how to properly use them. We will have samples of crackers made with different grains, as well as flours and the whole grains.
