This advanced baking series covers how to use your sourdough starter for more than just the “loaf” bread as covered in the Artisan Bread Basics series. Learn advanced shaping techniques like baguettes, fougasse, braided, and high hydration doughs. In the third class, you’ll learn how to safely steam your home oven, and in the fourth class, we’ll cover heritage grain and whole grain breads. Classes include: Sourdough Starter Maintenance, Advanced Dough Shaping, Home Oven/Bread Oven, and Heritage Grains and Grinding Your Own.
