Tai chi is the best known of the internal martial arts. This class focuses on learning to move with balanced alignments and coordinated breath. Develop internal power and energy to experience meditation in movement. Tai chi has many proven health benefits. This class is an excellent foundation for the tai chi form class and for the martial aspects taught in advanced classes.
