A combination of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates that bundles flexibility and strength that leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a careful structure series of stretches, creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This class will be held at a facility that is neither owned nor controlled by Kirkwood Community College. You will be expected to follow the COVID-19 safety protocols determined and set by the operator of the facility where the class is being held or the organization running the class and all attendees will be required to sign a release removing Kirkwood from any liability and attendees will assume the risks related to the spread or exposure of COVID-19.
