Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step, you will get a great workout! Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. This class will be held at a facility that is neither owned nor controlled by Kirkwood Community College. You will be expected to follow the COVID-19 safety protocols determined and set by the operator of the facility where the class is being held or the organization running the class and all attendees will be required to sign a release removing Kirkwood from any liability and attendees will assume the risks related to the spread or exposure of COVID-19.
