Finding your new normal is a course designed to help you with direction and purpose after a traumatic life experience resulting in loss. In this course, you will learn how to walk through your journey of grief. You will learn how to live life without your loved one and learn how to survive through the “pain” and be supported along the way. You will be provided with skills and tools to empower you to embrace your new normal, figure out what’s next, where you go from here, find help and reason for hope. It’s a place where grieving people like you find hope and healing, as you learn how to re-engage life, find joy, and live life with intention after a personal or professional loss.
