Join the Corridor's Premier Health Coach, Alina Warner, to learn how to make wellness a life-long habit by discovering the four pearls of wellness within you: Nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and stress management.  Come for the entire series, or enroll in the class that sparks your interest the most. You will engage in group activities and leave with practical tips, handouts, and measurable goals. Classes include: Simple Meal Planning, Marvelous Movement, Mindful Eating and Keep Calm and Carry On.
