Refund/Transfer Policy:
Unless a separate policy is stated for a specific class, the following policy applies to all Continuing Education classes.

Refunds and transfers are available to customers who contact staff by 5pm (Central Standard Time) at least two business days prior to the class start date.  Business days are defined at Monday through Friday.  Please be aware that the two-business-day period excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday).   For example, if a class is scheduled to start on a Monday, a request must be made by 5pm on the preceding Thursday.

Individuals who register within the two-business-day window will forgo their right to a refund/transfer. 

In the event that Kirkwood must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be promptly notified and given the option of a refund or transfer.
 
Individuals requesting to cancel/transfer within the two-business-day window may complete an Appeal Request Form. All requests will be reviewed and determinations made within five business days of receipt.
