Can I register for a class that is full?
All classes have a maximum class size and for specific reasons, that maximum number must be adhered to. If you wish to be considered for registration in a class that is currently full, you can request to be added to a waiting list by signing in online and clicking “Add to the Waiting List” link for the class that is full. If an opening becomes available, Kirkwood will call you to finalize your registration.

Can my employer pay for my classes?
Yes, your employer or another sponsoring organization can pay for your continuing education classes. We use a third-party eSignature tool, PandaDoc, to handle class registration and billing.

Here’s how it works:

1. Submit Sponsorship Billing Form: You’ll need to provide the name and email of the person at your company or agency responsible for billing. Once you have that information, you can submit the electronic Sponsorship Billing Form with both your details and your sponsor’s contact info.

2. Generate & Complete the Document: After submitting the form, a document will be automatically sent to your sponsor via email. They will need to provide additional class details, registration information, and billing authorization.

3. Final Steps: Once your sponsor submits the payment information, copies of the form will automatically be sent to you and your sponsor. Continuing Education will then begin processing the form. Please allow up to 2 business days after your sponsor submits the form for your registration details to be sent to you.

Important Note: Any charges not covered by the sponsor are your responsibility.

Can I purchase gift certificates for classes?
Gift cards are available for purchase online for a dollar amount that can be applied to a class of the recipient’s choice.

Can I transfer to a different class?
Transfer are available to all learners who notify us at least two business days prior to the class start date.
