Certificate Program:Business Specialist Certificate Program
The Business Specialist Certificate prepares students to build essential office and technology skills for today's professional workplace, with an emphasis on the financial industry. Students strengthen their abilities in Microsoft Office applications, computer basics, professional communication, workplace professionalism, organization, and customer service. The program also develops in depth Microsoft Excel skills for managing data, creating reports, analyzing information, and supporting business decision-making in financial service environments. Tuition includes all textbooks.
