Our Administrative Professional Certificate is designed for individuals who want to find a career in administrative support roles. Administrative professionals have a wide range of front-line responsibilities in an organization. They keep the office running smoothly with their strong communication, technical, and organization skills. Learn the skills that will set you up for success in this essential office role. In this certificate, you will learn techniques to be proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as develop the skills needed to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks with ease. Classes include: Computer Basics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and an introduction to project management. Tuition includes all textbooks.
