Food safety matters to everyone. This course introduces food safety concepts and issues that are applicable to anyone working in or involved with commercial food service. Topics covered in this course include: personal hygiene, controlling time and temperature, preventing cross-contamination, and cleaning and sanitizing. This course is highly recommended for anyone working in a commercial foodservice operation that has not already obtained their food protection manager certification.
