Knife Skills I – The Chef’s Knife

Learn how to properly maintain, sharpen, store, hold, and safely use a chef’s knife through hands-on training. We’ll practice knife cuts on a variety of common vegetables, and each student will leave class with a variety of prepped vegetables to take home and use in their own kitchen.
